Fatigue must have brought me to the max. For every night when it reaches 10pm, my whole body automatically switches itself to “sleep mode”. And when my alarm clock rings at 7am, my mind refuses to wake the body up. But that only applies to weekdays. On weekends, sadly, the mind will wake up at 5am and forces the body to start working.
It’s 8.40am now on a Monday morning, and I’m still on the bus on my way to work.
Alas, that is definitely not the correct attitude and way. I need to try and tune my body.
