I have less than 6 months to reach my target. To be exact, 164 days from now. It’s not a long time. And to lose at least 10 kg and 10″ around the waist, I’m not sure if I can do it while not affecting my milk supply. But I will try. So let’s start the ball rolling!

Exercise – Steptember Day 6

3.06pm – It’s already half day gone and I’d walked for 1,886 steps only!! Thanks to all the meetings that kept me seated for hours. Urgh… Even if I walk home later on, it’ll be another 3,000 more steps only. Sigh…

4.16pm – The haze is bad… I wonder if walking back home is a good thing… 4,000 steps now…

11.25am – Okay… I’d walked around thousand over steps since this morning. Looks like I’ll have to walk more or walk home to clock those steps… But I don’t think it’s a good idea to walk with my heels right? Hmm… should I change to my track shoes instead?

2 of my team members failed (including me) to hit the 10,000 steps yesterday but we will try harder! Ganbatte!
