Feng Shui – A Cluttered Room, Bad Qi

I’m a messy person. And I’ve got this “Creative Clutter is better than Idle Neatness” quote hanging around my office cubicle. But then what happens if there’s only clutters and not creativity? *LOL* That is exactly what is happening to my room now. I, hardly have much room space to walk.

Although I’m one who had been preaching about feng shui and what not, it didn’t dawn on me that things are getting a little bit off (such as my spending and mood etc.) probably because of bad Qi circulation. You see, Qi, which basically means air circulation (in a way), is of utmost importance in feng shui. And when there’s clutter, it basically means Qi is somehow stuck or trapped. I’m not an expert, but I think that’s how it works. And after a search on the Internet, apparently the following potentially will be affected:

  1. Block the positive flow of energy
  2. Makes you poor
  3. Feels hopeless and tired, low vitality
  4. No opportunities or money
  5. Bad luck
  6. Anger
  7. … and the list goes on.

That’s it. The list is enough to make one wants to clear his/her room. Myself included definitely. I can almost feel most of it!!!

What’s the worse thing? It’s bad not just for me, but for my family too. So if your house/room is as messy as it can be, it’s time to do some spring cleaning. I’m going to start them today!
