I’m currently having my late dinner after my massage (which was so freaking painful) at a Korean restaurant, 2D1N Soju Bang, located along Tanjong Pagar Road, opposite the stretch of Bridal Studio. And it’s the first time I ate in a Korean restaurant! *So excited* Happened to meet a friend after his facial and so he brought me here for dinner.
It’s a small restaurant at the ground level of those shop houses. The environment was very simple and homely but it’s definitely very clean. We ordered a spicy chicken stew hotpot which I’m sure was a little too much for the two of us. The stew was really nice! It’s not too spicy and tasted a little sweet.
Of course, for all Korean restaurants, it comes with all those “cold” dishes. My favourite of all is the corn mixed with I-have-no-idea what it was. But nonetheless, it still tasted really nice.
The price is okay, and so is the service. There wasn’t a crowd when we were there because it’s almost 9.30pm but according to my friend, for peak hours, it’s best to make a reservation because it will be damn crowded.
The food is definitely nice, so I’m quite sure I’ll come back again, and considering the fact the Bridal Studio that I engaged, is just across the road!
